Transform your hormonal health with Nutrition

Meet Rohini

Hello! I’m Rohini, a nutritionist (MA Oxon, MSc Nutrition and Food Sciences, Dip IBLM) and author providing evidence-based nutrition and advice around a healthy lifestyle to my clients around the world. I’m based in London, after working in the food industry for several years in Mumbai and Singapore.

While working in branding and marketing for food startups, I discovered my passion for making plant-based foods more accessible to people. Although I previously studied Theology for my Bachelor’s degree at Oxford University, I went on to graduate with a first-class master’s degree from The University of Huddersfield in Nutrition and Food Sciences. I’m also a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional with a diploma from the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

I’m also a PCOS nutritionist and have personal experience of living with hormonal health issues including PCOS.

  • Women (including partners) requiring advice around fertility nutrition and IVF
  • Ensuring adequate nutrient intake for those trying to get pregnant, pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding

What my Clients Say

Testimonial 1
I had been dealing with fluctuating energy levels, hormonal imbalances and gut issues when I first came to Rohini. I found that working with her, my knowledge base expanded and applying her recommendations have truly made a difference! Rohini is so thorough and took the time to understand where I was coming from, what my goals are and what challenges I face. Throughout the whole process, she was approachable, empathetic, and wonderful to work with. I live in NYC and coordinating coaching sessions through international time zones was also made flexible and easy!

CHECK OUT MY BOOK "LIVING PCOS FREE"

I’ve co-authored a book with my mother, Senior Consultant ObGyn Dr Nitu Bajekal

Published by Hammersmith Health Books on April 28th 2022, it is available to order worldwide via the Book Depository and major sellers in the UK such as Amazon, WHSmith, Waterstones and Bookshop.org

The book is packed with:

 – a 21 day plan
– Case studies (composite case studies with names changed) featuring real-world examples of people living with PCOS
– Myth-busters on everything from the Pill to soya and seed-cycling
– PCOS Pointers: helpful summaries at the end of each chapter
– Over 30 plant-based recipes from our family kitchen
– Illustrations to bring the examples to life
– Helpful resources
– Self-care tips and daily affirmations
– Glossary to demystify some of the medical jargon in reproductive health

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder worldwide, affecting at least 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth (AFAB). It is the number one cause of infertility. Alarmingly, 3 in 4 of those with PCOS remain undiagnosed because of the complex nature of the condition.
