Meet Rohini

Hey there! I’m Rohini, a nutritionist (MA Oxon, MSc) providing evidence-based advice to my clients around plant-based eating. I now live in London after spending a few years travelling the world and living in Mumbai and Singapore.

While working in branding and marketing for food startups over the years, I discovered my passion for making plant-based foods more accessible to people. There is so much to learn and discover in the field of nutrition. I’m excited for my next challenge – studying for the UK’s first Lifestyle Medicine Diploma, developed by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

I specialize in plant-based nutrition across the lifespan (from infants to older people) with different health concerns and goals. I work with people who are veg-curious, vegetarian, vegan or anything in between! I guide my clients through the transition to a healthy, whole food, plant-based diet, helping fulfill the goals of:
  • Incorporating a balanced, varied, exciting and health-promoting diet
  • Managing issues such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Ensuring adequate nutrient intake for those trying to get pregnant, pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding
  • Helping parents with toddlers and children who may be picky eaters
  • Preparing simple and delicious plant-based meals
