Transform your hormonal health with Nutrition

Meet Rohini

Hello! I’m Rohini, a nutritionist (MA Oxon, MSc Nutrition and Food Sciences, Dip IBLM) and author providing evidence-based nutrition and advice around a healthy lifestyle to my clients around the world. I’m based in London, after working in the food industry for several years in Mumbai and Singapore.

While working in branding and marketing for food startups, I discovered my passion for making plant-based foods more accessible to people. Although I previously studied Theology for my Bachelor’s degree at Oxford University, I went on to graduate with a first-class master’s degree from The University of Huddersfield in Nutrition and Food Sciences. I’m also a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional with a diploma from the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

I’m also a PCOS nutritionist and have personal experience of living with hormonal health issues including PCOS.

What my Clients Say

I had been dealing with fluctuating energy levels, hormonal imbalances and gut issues when I first came to Rohini. I found that working with her, my knowledge base expanded and applying her recommendations have truly made a difference! Rohini is so thorough and took the time to understand where I was coming from, what my goals are and what challenges I face. Throughout the whole process, she was approachable, empathetic, and wonderful to work with. I live in NYC and coordinating coaching sessions through international time zones was also made flexible and easy!

I felt incredibly lost when I first got my PCOS diagnosis last year after suffering with painful acne and irregular periods. Rohini helped me develop a personal plan of action when it came to making food choices and moving my body more regularly. She encouraged me to listen to my body and her practical tips were hugely helpful - I never thought I'd look forward to porridge in the mornings! I have learnt so much and it has changed the way I think about food.

My partner and I decided to become vegan a couple of months before I decided to seek a nutritionist, as I wanted to get professional advice to make sure that I'm getting enough nutrients from a plant-based diet.

I found Rohini on Instagram. She is really passionate about plant-based nutrition and I really enjoyed our sessions. Rohini has a wealth of knowledge on holistic plant-based nutrition and after 3 sessions with her, I'm now confident to lead a healthy plant-based diet and lifestyle. She also provided us with wonderful recipes for us to try and lots of other useful information including advice around supplements.

I would highly recommend Rohini if you are thinking about making the transition to a plant-based/vegan diet or are in the early stages of transitioning!

Following a diagnosis of osteoporosis, I decided to seek nutritional advice. My son who has a largely plant based diet, found Rohini on Instagram.

It was important to me that I had robust evidence that a largely plant based diet would benefit me if I made these changes to my diet. I have been vegetarian for 20+ years and consumed a lot of dairy.

During 3 sessions I was impressed by Rohini’s depth of knowledge. She did not try to push me to change my diet but rather provided the support and information to enable me to make an informed choice. Rohini paid attention to my osteoporosis but within an holistic context. She provided me with very useful resources and I have gradually transitioned to more plant based foods. I will continue to make further changes as Rohini has given me the tools and confidence to do this. Highly recommended.
